You become the main operational contact for all first-level needs, which gives you the autonomy to bill services, build trust, and strengthen your ongoing relationship with each client.
You are not a reseller — you are the client’s main provider.
That means you decide how to price your services, how to structure your implementation packages, and how to deliver support.
While MASTERINSOFT ensures licensing and technical integrity, you are free to build your own revenue model around consulting, configuration, integrations, or vertical specialisation.
Every official partner receives a fully operational MASTERSOFTWARE® licence, free of charge, exclusively for internal use.
This allows you to test features, prepare demos, manage your own operations, and create configuration templates that can be replicated for your clients — all within a live environment.
If you present clear market opportunities within specific industries — such as healthcare, legal, education, logistics or manufacturing — MASTERINSOFT may grant you additional demo licences.
These are assigned strategically to support your sales and presentation efforts in high-value verticals, subject to approval.

As an accredited partner, you earn the right to use the MASTERINSOFT® – Official Partner seal across your website, proposals, documents and presentations. This certification validates your technical and strategic expertise, adding credibility to your sales process and signalling trust to clients in every industry.
Each partner receives a full-featured, permanent MASTERSOFTWARE® licence exclusively for internal use. You can use it to manage your operations, test workflows, simulate configurations, train your team, and prepare customised demos — all without any extra cost or time limits.
If your organisation targets specific verticals (e.g. healthcare, education, industry, public sector), you may receive additional demo licences aligned with those sectors. These allow you to tailor presentations, show real-world scenarios, and maximise relevance during your pre-sales activity — subject to prior validation by MASTERINSOFT®.
You’ll receive a commission for each active client licence under your management. This ensures a recurring and scalable revenue stream, directly linked to the growth of your portfolio. The more clients you support and retain, the more you earn — with full transparency and reporting.
While you provide first-line support to your clients, our technical team remains available to assist with complex or escalated issues. This dual-support structure ensures you’re never alone when solving advanced technical situations or rare platform behaviours.
As a partner, you receive access to exclusive training materials, webinars and onboarding sessions for your team. Upon completion, you’ll be officially certified and listed as an authorised MASTERINSOFT® Partner, ready to lead projects across any industry with confidence and proven competence.
You are free to design your own implementation and support packages, including setup, training, consultancy and even integrations. You bill your clients directly, control your margins, and add value through services that reflect your expertise — while relying on our platform as the solid foundation.
Any external integration via API must be requested and negotiated by the partner. The service is then scoped and budgeted by MASTERINSOFT®, but the commercial responsibility — including pricing, approval and client billing — is fully managed by you. This positions you as the end-to-end project lead.
